What is the minimum order?
Just 12 bands, with tiers that fall steeply for club programmes, tournament packs and retail runs. Programme orders get their colourway and knit spec held on file from the first batch.
How fast will my sweatbands arrive?
Your free mockup lands within 24 hours and orders ship in about 2 weeks, express available. Event and tournament dates go in writing with the quote, or we decline them honestly rather than hoping.
What actually decides how much sweat a band absorbs?
Loop density and pile height — that is, how much terry loop is physically there. Everything else is secondary. A thin flat-knit band with a printed logo is a wristband-shaped decoration, and no finish or fibre claim changes that.
Why does my band slide down my arm?
The elastane ratio, or what is left of it. Bands relax with washing, and a relaxed band migrates — which is why we specify stretch recovery after washing rather than just stretch when new. Too much elastane is the opposite failure: a band that stays put and leaves a ring.
Printed, embroidered or knitted-in?
Knitted-in jacquard, almost always. Embroidery on stretch terry needs backing, and the backing is what stops the band stretching and starts it puckering. Jacquard stretches with the band, cannot peel or pick, and looks the same at the end of a season.
Cotton terry or a wicking blend?
Cotton terry holds much more sweat and stays wet; wicking blends hold less and dry between efforts. For one long hot match, terry. For repeated sessions, wicking. They fail differently, and choosing the wrong one is why people decide sweatbands do not work.
Do sweatbands provide any support or compression?
No. None at all, and we will not imply otherwise. A sweatband absorbs sweat. It does not support a joint, does not compress anything and offers no injury protection — if support is what is needed, that is a different product from a different specialist.
Do you make visors, caps or silicone bracelets?
No — we make terry and technical sweatbands only. Headwear and silicone tokens are different crafts with their own specialists, and we would rather send you to one than sell you a compromise.
